Springfield, Mo. - The Columbia College women's bowling team was back in action over the weekend when they traveled to Springfield, Missouri, to compete in the 2018 Andy B's Classic. The Cougars finished fourth out of six teams in the event as they ended with a team score of 6,004 pins throughout the two day tournament.
Columbia College had a good first day during the individual section of the event as the team finished with 5,560 total pins. On Sunday, the Cougars participated in the Baker style format of the tournament where each bowler bowls two frames in a game. Columbia was able to rack up an additional 444 pins on the day to give the Cougars a total of 6,004 pins for the weekend.
The bowling team is back in action on Sunday, October 21st when they travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, to compete in the 2018 Western Shootout.
