Columbia, Mo. – Today the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the third Women's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Cougar women remain at No. 22.

The Cougar women held their No. 22 spot for the second week. In the third meet of the year the women's team took the title at the inaugural Cougar Cross Country Invitational. They were led by Brianna Haller who won the race in a time of 18:34. Out of 81 runners in the 5k race, the Cougars placed all five of their scorers within the top 20.

The Cougars will compete next on Saturday, October 26^th when they travel to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to compete in the NAIA Great Lakes Invitational. The women's event is set to start at 10:30 a.m.
