St. Louis, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference has announced the Player of the Week awards for the week ending on Sunday, November 1^st. Luisa Ferreira and Sidney Branson representing Columbia College volleyball took home AMC Volleyball Setter and Attacker of the Week honors.

Ferreira, a sophomore out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, earned her fourth AMC Volleyball Setter of the Week award of the season. She recorded a season-high of 42 assists in their win against the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy (Mo.). Ferreira recorded nine service aces and 16 digs, while averaging 12.2 assists per set this week.

Branson, a junior out of Ozark, Mo., was awarded her second AMC Volleyball Attacker of the Week honors this season. She averaged 3.8 kills per set in nine games played. Branson also added 19 digs, three service aces and three blocks.
