Women's Golf Impresses in Round Two at William Woods Spring Invite

Fulton, Mo. – The Columbia College women's golf team finished third at the William Woods Spring Invite.   

The Cougars shot a 321 in the second round, 15-shots better than round one, and finished in third place. 

Columbia was paced by Emily Strunck, who finished second with a 78-74—152 (+8). Cassidy McAlpine joined Strunck in the top-10 with a ninth-place finish with an 85-80—165 (+21). McAlpine moved up five spots on the individual leaderboard from round one to round two.
