Head Coach Damon Helgevold shared his thoughts on the team performance, "Fantastic weekend from this team. 3rd place in total pins and 3rd place power points out of 9 teams in competition before falling in round 4 of match play. I say I'm proud a whole lot(which is true) however I've never been more proud than I am right now after this weekend. We have 17 practices before our first tournament of the year. In those practices we never shot a single 200 baker game, our confidence looked shook and I really didn't know what to expect. We had some good practices and great moments but still I wasn't sure if what we were doing was going to pay off.
I've never been more happy to say I was wrong in my life!! This team came out and made a huge stride in this journey we are on together. Starting off with a 933 team game the first game out. THE VERY FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON! We shoot 933! Followed it up with 2 more solid sets to set us up for baker match play."

"In those individual games we placed 4 in the top 20 and our first All-Tournament Team Champion of the year! Jordyn Czerw placed 1st by one pin shooting a 610!!!!!!!! Gutsy performance by her this weekend! Bree West placed 14th, Grace Kowalski and Mollie Goodwin tied for 17th with 533."
