Columbia, Mo. - After two second-place finishes to start the season, the Columbia College men's golf team earned their first tournament win with a first place finish in the CC Cougar Classic.
The Cougars claimed three of the top four finishes;
Cameron VanLeer (1st),
Kanon Kendrick (T-2), and
Trey Burton (T-2) led the way for the Cougars as VanLeer shot 69-69 to finish with 138, while Kendrick (71-69) and Burton (68-72) both finished with a 140.

Trey Burton, and
Giacomo Comerio were all placed on the All-Tournament Team.
The men's team set a new school record for 36-hole score with a 561 total, breaking the old record of 568 set in 2017.
