MARION, Ind. - Members of the Columbia College men's track and field team competed at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships today.

Gavin Frantz placed 18th in hammer throw at 55.18 meters.

The Cougar 4x800 meter relay team also competed this afternoon finishing in 23rd place with a time of 7:52.20. The squad consisted of Conner Diaz, Ryan Brown, Kalieb Redda, and Oscar Curry.

More NAIA Men's Track and Field National Championship action continues tomorrow as Kenny Miller competes in discus and Jason Parker competes in high jump.
