ST. LOUIS, Mo. - For the second consecutive year, the Columbia College men's cross country team secured the American Midwest Conference (AMC) championship title on Thursday afternoon.
As a team, the Cougars finished first and added a team top time of 2:14.47, fourth best in Columbia College history.

Kalieb Redda took first in the 8k race with a time of 26:22.64. Redda was named AMC Runner of the Year, while earning All-AMC honors.
