Men's Cross Country Wins Second Straight Conference Title, Tenth Title in Program History

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - For the second consecutive year, the Columbia College men's cross country team secured the American Midwest Conference (AMC) championship title on Thursday afternoon. 

As a team, the Cougars finished first and added a team top time of 2:14.47, fourth best in Columbia College history.

All-Conference Honors

Kalieb Redda took first in the 8k race with a time of 26:22.64. Redda was named AMC Runner of the Year, while earning All-AMC honors. 

Gauge MacGregor, Marcos Lara, Malo Helion, Ryan Brown, Laik Graham, Max Stephan, TJ Evans, Liam Lyon, and Dryst Bostick were also named to the All-AMC Team for their top-10 finishes. Further, Lara picked up Newcomer of the Year, Lyon earned Freshman of the Year, and Brown was named to the Champions of Character Team.
