Season Milestones

• The Columbia College men's cross country team captured their second consecutive American Midwest Conference (AMC) Championship (ninth overall), sweeping the top 11 spots.
• With the conference title, the Cougars earned an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships in Tallahassee, Fla. Columbia finished 31st of 36 teams.
• Two-time All-American Kalieb Redda led the Cougars at the National Championships with a time of 24:52.1, finishing 17th of 323 runners.
• Ten runners were named to the All-Conference Team.
