COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Columbia College women's cross country team opened their season at the Larry Young Invitational at Gans Creek Cross Country Course this evening. As a team, the Cougars finished runners-up with a score of 65. Hailey Gerard led the way for Columbia, taking first place as an individual, accumulating a time of 18:44.13. Abigail Woytus followed as the second Cougar finisher in seventh place with a time of 20:30.96.
