INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Columbia College bowling team competed this weekend at the Hoosier Classic finishing 12th of 64 teams, notching the program's best Tier 1 result in school history. The Cougars broke a host of additional school records including accumulating the most USBC Power Points in a single event, setting the highest singe game team set (1099), securing the highest five-game team total (4604), the highest single tournament average (184.4), and the highest single tournament Baker average (192.4).

Rhyleigh Wilson led the Cougars with an individual total of 974, finishing 84th in a pool of 418 players. Wilson was one of five Cougars to secure an average over 180 at the Hoosier Classic.

Columbia returns to action hosting the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Conference Tournament on February 21-22 at AMF Town and Country Lanes.
