St. Louis, MO - The Columbia College cheer team opened their competitive season today at the Arch City Cup, hosted by the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy. 

In round one, the Cougars finished in third place behind Indiana Wesleyan and Taylor University with a score of 74.63

Columbia competed twice today, and earned a 72.33 in the second round for a second place finish. 

The Cougars are back in action tomorrow at home when they host the Cougar Classic.
