COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Columbia College Esports program's weekly recap for March 16–20. 

Rocket League Navy Won the Second Collegiate Rocket League Open! – Rocket League Navy competed in the second CRL Open of the spring as the number one seed in their group. The Cougars must compete in three open tournaments to qualify for the Last Chance Qualifier for the Spring Collegiate Rocket League Championship. The Cougars made quick work of the second open, sweeping York University, Lesley University, and Ball State University to claim the tournament title. The Cougars will be back in action today when they compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship in Overland Park, KS.

Madden Stays in Playoff Contention – Madden picked up two big wins this week to keep their playoff hopes alive, knocking off Southeastern University and Mount Aloysius College to secure their place in the Last Chance Qualifier. Madden will compete next week in the ECAC playoff Last Chance Qualifier.
