GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Members of the Columbia College track and field program competed at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships this afternoon at Alachua County Sports and Events Center.

Montgomery Keck represented the Cougars in triple jump, while Marcos Lara, Garrett Donald, Campbell Nichols, Kalieb Haileselassie, competed in the distance medley relay.

Keck started Columbia off competing in triple jump, securing a 11.62m mark, placing 13th of 23.

On the track, Lara, Donald, Nichols, and Haileselassie recorded a time of 10:03.80 in the prelims, finishing 6th in a pool of 22 (3rd of 11 teams in their prespective heat). With the top 10 finish, the squad will advance to the DMR finals on March 7th at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Along with the DMR team, Brenin Howell, Kalieb Haileselassie, and Hailey Gerard will each compete on March 7th to conclude their time at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
