Cougars Set to Tee Off at NAIA Men's Golf National Championship

COLUMBIA, Mo. – For the third time in program history, the Columbia College men's golf team is headed to the 74th Annual NAIA Men's Golf National Championship, set for May 12-15 at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill. The Cougars are one of 29 teams to qualify for the event.

Columbia earned an automatic bid into the championship after winning the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Golf Championship on April 21. The Cougars earned a host of individual honors at the event, as Teagen Hull was named Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, while Blake Hartner captured Freshman of the Year accolades. Landon Mabe, Bruno Marti Jimenez, Hull, and Hartner each earned First Team All-Conference recognition, while Tom Clarens was named to the Second Team and Blake Sykes received Honorable Mention honors.

Columbia's all-time best finish came in 2024, when the Cougars placed fourth in the nation at the NAIA Championship.
