Columbia Earns Spot at NAIA Women's Golf National Championship

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Columbia College women's golf team is making its fifth trip to the NAIA Women's Golf National Championship, set for May 19-22 at Eagle Crest Golf Club in Ypsilanti, Mich. The Cougars are one of 30 teams competing in the 31st annual event.

Columbia secured an automatic bid by winning the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Golf Championship on April 28. Sophomore Ellie Soderholm headlined the performance, claiming her second-consecutive AMC tournament title along with AMC Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference honors. Camryn Swinfard and Viviana Boix also earned First Team recognition, while Annabeth Ohlau and Alyssa Joyce were named to the Second Team. Elizabeth Bigler and Madison Wolf rounded out the group with Honorable Mention honors.
