KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the NAIA Scholar Teams on NAIA National Awards Day, recognizing teams that achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the nominating institution.

The Columbia College athletic department saw every eligible team recognized, setting a new department record. The Cougars led the AMC in total teams with recognition.
