2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Placed 16th in the 1500 (4:18) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Took 1st in the 10,000 meter (32:37), 2nd in the 1500 meter (4:01), and 10th in the 800 meter (1:57) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished 1st in the 5000 meter (15:15) at the Outdoor AMC Championships...Placed 37th in the 1500 (4:00) at the Dr. Keeler Meet... Was part of the 4x800 meter relay team who took 2nd (7:31) at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in six events for the Cougars... Was part of the distance medley relay team who took 1st (10:22) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed 24th in the 3000 meter (8:43) at the Pittsburg State Invitational... Took 3rd in the mile (4:21) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished 2nd in both the 3000 meter (9:00) and the 5000 meter (15:31) at the Indoor AMC Championships... Finished 1st in the 3000 meter (8:43) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge... Took 5th in the 3000 meter (8:35) at the NAIA Indoor Championships.
2018: Competed in six events for the Cougars as a senior… Placed 12th (23:19) in the SBU Bearcat Invitational… Took 4th (25:48) at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Finished 13th (25:18) in the Louisville Cross Country Classic… Placed 6th (25:14) at the NAIA Mid-States Classic… Took 1st (25:57) at the AMC Championships… Finished 29th (25:05) at the NAIA Cross Country Championships… Named AMC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year… Named All-AMC… Earned NAIA Men’s Cross Country All-American Honors... Named AMC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week in the weeks ending on September 17th and October 1st.
2017: Competed in five events for the Cougars as a junior… Finished 25th (20:47.71) in the 2017 SBU Bearcat Invitational… Placed 33rd (26:11) at the Greater Louisville Classic… Took 22nd (26:36) at the Seminole Valley Stampede… Finished 4th (25:41) at the AMC Championships… Placed 42nd at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships (25:39)… Recognized as All-AMC.
2016: Competed in all six races for the Cougars...His best finish came in the Principia Home Opener when he took home 3rd place (19:21)...Finished in 174th at the NAIA National Meet (26:29)...Was named AMC Runner of the Week
2015: Led the team with a 1st place finish with a time of 19:48 in the Principia Home Opener which helped the Cougars to a first place team finish with a perfect score... Placed 5th in the Freed Speed Open Meet with a time of 27:22 to help the Cougars place 1st overall in the competition… Led the Cougars placing 10th with a time of 25:13 to help Columbia to an 8th place finish at the Royals XC Challenge… Top freshman finisher in the race... Led the Cougars to a third place finish at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede by placing 10th with a time of 25:40… Finished 3rd overall at the American Midwest Conference championship leading the team to a first place finish… Finished 76th place to lead the Cougars at the NAIA National Championship with a time of 26:01… Named First Team All-Conference and AMC Freshman of the Year.
