Cross Country 2020: Appeared in all four meets for the Cougars in the fall... Placed 33rd overall in the 5k (22:19.50) at the Larry Young Invitational... Ran her fastest 5k time of the season (22:04.30) at the Columbia College Invitational.... Placed 23rd overall in the 5k (22:42.85) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

*Outdoor 2020: *Season cancelled due to COVID-19.... Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in four meets for the Cougars... Finished ninth in the 3000m (12:07) at the Snow Bird Open... Placed fifth in the 3000m (12:15) at the Principia College Relays... Was part of the DMR team that placed fourth (14:32), the 4x800 meter relay team that placed fourth (10:54) and took 10th in the 3000m with a career-best time of 11:49.57 at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in four events for the Cougars… Ran a  21:44 three mile time at the Bradley University Invitational… Ran her best 5k time of the season of 21:44 at the Columbia College Invitational… Placed 36^th (21:48) at the AMC Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Set a personal record in the 1500m of 5:31.07 at the Mizzou Spring Open... Ran a personal best 5k time of 20:29.70 at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic... Took eighth in the 10,000m (45:24) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished sixth in the 10,000 meter (42:51) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in four events for the Cougars... Was part of the 4x800 meter relay team who placed second (10:55) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Ran a career-best mile time of 6:08.14 at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the DMR team who placed fifth (14:25), finished eighth in the 3000m (11:57), and placed ninth in the 5000m (21:14) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in seven events for the Cougars… Ran a then-personal best 5k time of 21:55 at the Louisville Cross Country Classic… Placed 25th (21:17) at the AMC Championships… Ran a career-best 5k time of 20:52.20 at the NAIA Cross Country Championships… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Placed seventh in the 10,000m (44:08.75) and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed seventh (11:33.40) at the WJC Darrel Gourley Invite… Placed eighth in the 5000m (21:58.67) and seventh in the 10,000m (44:56.0) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named to AMC All-Academic Team.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Finished 10th and set a personal record in the 1000m (3:42.28), was member of the 4x800 relay team that placed fifth (10:58.18), and was a member of the DMR team that finished second (14:17.68) at the AMC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country 2017: Appeared in six events for the Cougars as a freshman… Ran a 23:07 5k time in her collegiate debut at the SBU Bearcat Invitational…Ran a career-best three mile time of 21:30 in the Bradley Intercollegiate… Placed 33rd and ran a season best 5k time at the AMC Championships (22:31)… Ran a 22:52 time at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
