Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in five meets for the Cougars... Finished third in shot put (11.25m) and 10th in weight throw (12.10m) at the Snow Bird Open... Finished third in shot put and set a personal record of 11.48m at the Principia College Relays... Placed second in weight throw with a personal best distance of 13.77m and fifth in shot put (11.25m) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor 2019: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Placed fifth in both shot put (11.20m) and high jump (1.50m) and sixth in long jump (4.99m) at the Central Methodist Open... Won the high jump with a personal best distance of 1.54m, placed second in both the 100 meter hurdles (16.92) and in long jump (5.17m), and finished fifth in javelin throw (26.99m) at the Grand View Invitational... Placed second in the Heptathlon (3504) at the Cowley Tiger Combined Events...Finished third in high jump (1.47m), fourth in shot put with a personal record of 11.54m, sixth in long jump (4.79m), seventh in the 100 meter hurdles with a career-best time of 17.74, and 10th in javelin throw with a personal record of 27.36m at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in four events for the Cougars... Placed seventh in long jump (4.84m) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Placed fifth in the 60m hurdles (10.34) and eighth in the 400 meter (1:15) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Finished fifth in both high jump (1.50m) and long jump (4.99m) and sixth in both shot put (11.30m) and the 60 meter hurdles (10.30) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor 2018: Appeared in six events for the Cougars… Placed sixth in the 100m hurdles (17.54) at the CMU Early Bird Open… Placed seventh in the heptathlon (3578 points) at the Ashley Nally Heptathlon…Was a member of the 4x200m relay team that took sixth (2:01.53) at the Emporia State Relays… Finished ninth in the long jump (5.14m) at the NCC Dr. Keeler Meet… Named to AMC All-Academic Team… Named AMC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week 4/9/18.
Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Took seventh in the 60m hurdles (10.13) and eighth in the long jump (5.01m) at the Missouri Holiday Opener… Finished eighth in the high jump (1.42m), and ninth in the long jump (4.79m) and in the shot put (11.02m) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed eighth in the 800m (2:58.31) and 60m hurdles (10.33) as well as fifth in the high jump (1.54m) and sixth in the long jump (4.92m) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor 2017: Competed in seven meets for the Cougars in the spring… Placed sixih in the high jump (1.40m) and eighth in the 100m hurdles (19.82) at the CMU Open… Finished fifth in the 100m hurdles (16.96) Finished sixth in the 100m hurdles (17.25) and seventh in the high jump (1.42m) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named the AMC Champions of Character team… Earned AMC All-Academic recognition.
Indoor 2016-17: Competed in four meets for the Cougars during the indoor track and field season…Finished fourth in the pentathlon (2511) while also being a member of the 4x200m relay team that finished sixith (1:57) and 4x400m relay team that finished seventh (4:39) at the Principia Relays…Placed 10th in the high jump (1.35m) at the Jim Green Invite…Placed eighth in the high jump (1.50m), sixth in shot put (10.74m) and eighth in the 800 meter (2:53.74) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
