2015: Led the Cougars at the Freed Speed Open Meet by placing 12th with a time of 20:25… Led the Cougars at the Royals XC Challenge placing 33rd with a time of 19:09.5… Led the Cougars to a 13th place team finish at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede by finishing in 3rd with a season best time of 18:41… Led the Cougars by placing 2nd (19:54) overall at the American Midwest Conference championship helping the Cougars to a second place team finish... Placed 115th at the NAIA National Championship with a time of 19:07… Named First Team All-Conference.
2014: Finished ninth overall with a time of 15:11 at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird on Aug. 31 … Placed seventh at the Southern Stampede in the 5k race with a time of 18:45.39 … Clocked in at 6:36.4 in the 5K at the NAIA Preview Meet on Oct. 11 … Finished with a time of 19:56 for second place at the AMC Championships … Named First Team All-Conference … Second finisher for Columbia at the NAIA National Championships placing 84th with a time of 19:16.
2013: Finished in the top four in five of seven meets, including a second-place finish (18:10 5K) at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sept. 21 ... Posted a fourth-place finish at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 8, earning First Team All-Conference honors and a trip to the NAIA National Meet
2012: Took home 13th place overall with a time of 20:52.90 at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 2nd...Started off the 2012 fall season with a time of 16:03.10 in the Central Missouri Mule Run, qualifying her for 22nd place...Qualified for 29th at the Southern Stampede in Joplin with a time of 19:28.05...Finished with a time of 20:21.80 at the Greater Louisville Classic on Sept. 29...Took 33rd place at the Cental Methodist Classic on Oct. 6th, clocking in at 20:25.53...Finished 20th individually at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 20 with a time of 20:30.20
