Junior | 2019
Competed in three events for the Cougars… Finished 24th and set a personal record (27:43) in the 8k at the Columbia College Invitational… Placed 18th (27:46) in the 8k at the AMC Championships.
Sophomore | 2018
Competed in four events for the Cougars… Set a personal best in the 7k (26:42.20) at the SBU Invite... Placed 26th (29:35) in the 8k at the Gary Stoner Invitational… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.
Freshman | 2017
Competed in four events for the Cougars… Made his collegiate debut in the 6400m (22:53.14) at the SBU Invitational… Ran his best 8k time of the season (28:45) at the AMC Championships.
