Biography
2015: Placed 7th at the Principia Home Open Meet with a time of 20:13… Finished in 60th place with a time of 26:35 at the Royals XC Challenge… Finished 24th at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede with a time of 26:08 to help the Cougars to a third place finish… Finished 6th (27:35) at the American Midwest championship helping the Cougars to a first place team finish… Competed at the NAIA National Championship and recorded a time of 27:04… Named First Team All-Conference and AMC Academic All-Conference.
2014: Started the season off with a 6th place finish (26:29) at the Southern Stampede on Sept. 20th as the Cougars finished 3rd… Also finished 17th at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 25th with a time of 27:01… Led the Cougars to a first place finish after coming in 8th individually at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 6th, crossing the line with a time of 27:35… Finished with a time of 26:43 at the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 22nd… Was a First Team All-Conference Selection.
2013: Finished 37th with a time of 20:23 in the 6K at the Washington University Early Bird on Aug. 31 ... Came in 12th (21:37) at the Central Missouri Mule Run on Sept. 14 ... Cougars' top finisher in fourth overall (27:28 8K) at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 8, earning First Team All-AMC honors ... Posted his best 8K time of the season (26:26) at the NAIA National Meet on Nov. 23
2012: Finished with a time of 27:04 at the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 17...Came in sixth individually with a time of 27:29.10 at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 2nd...Took 14th at the Central Missouri Mule Run with a time of 21:45.60 on Sept. 7th...Finished 26th overall with a time of 26:53.77 at the Southern Stampede on Sept. 15th...Ran at the Greater Louisville Classic on Sept. 29th, finishing at 27:30.16...Qualified for eighth overall with a time of 26:51.40 at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 20
