Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in four meets for the Cougars… Was part of the DMR team that took 3^rd with a time of 11:03 and 9^th in the 800 meter run (2.08) at the Snow Bird Open… Was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that took 5^th with a time of 3:34, the 4x400 meter relay team that also took 5^th with a time of 8:47 and 11^th in the 500 meter (1:11) at the Principia Relays… Was part of the 4x800 meter relay team that claimed 1^st with a time of 8:40 and took 5^th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:08 at the AMC Indoor Championships… Finished 16^th in 800 meter run (2:05) at the Missouri Collegiate.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in five events for the Cougars as a sophomore… Took  93^rd (24:48.88) at the Southwest Baptist University Invitational… Placed 131^st (31:16) at the Bradley University Invitational…  Finished 72^nd (30:07) at the Inaugural Columbia College Invitational… Placed 67^th (31:08) at the Gary Stoner Invitational… Finished 42^nd (29:34) at the AMC Championships…  

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Placed 173rd in the 5000 meter (17:49) at the Washington University of St. Louis Invite... Took 17th in the 800 meter (2:04) and 22nd in the 1500 meter (4:31) at the Central Methodist Invite... Was part of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished 6th (9:02) and finished 21st in the 800 meter (2:05) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Took 28th in the 800 meter (2:06) at the UCM Mule Relays... Placed 16th in the 1500 meter (4:35) at the AMC Outdoor Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in four events for the Cougars... Finished 8th in the 600 meter (1:32) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed 14th in the 800 meter (2:11) at the Mizzou Open... Took 10th in the 800 meter (2:08) at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the distance medley relay team that finished 2nd (11:20) and took 9th in the 800 meter (2:11) at the AMC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in three events for the Cougars as a freshman… Placed 98th (27:24) in the SBU Bearcat Invitational… Took 31st (30:14) at the Gary Stoner Invitational… Took 28th (28:34) at the AMC Championships.

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Took 15th in the 800 meter (2:04.11), was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that took 5th (3:33.81), and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that took 4th (8:37.33) at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite… Placed 18th in the 800 meter (2:02.71) at the UCM Mule Relays… Took 10th in the 800 meter (2:02.91) and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed 3rd (8:21.98) at the AMC Outdoor Championships.

2017-18 Indoor: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Took 18th in the 800 (2:08.65) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed 8th in the 600 yard dash (1:20.98) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Finished 8th in the 800 (2:08.12) and was a member of the 4x800 relay team that took 4th (8:45.60) at the AMC Indoor Championships.
