2019 Outdoor: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars... Finished 7th in the 1500 meter (4:04) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Took 8th in the 1500 meter (3:56) at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic... Placed 8th in the 800 meter (1:56) and 21st in the 5000 meter (16:34) at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the 4x800 meter relay team who took 1st (7:44), finished 2nd in the 1500 meter (4:04) and in the 5000 meter (15:18), was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished 3rd (3:27) and took 3rd in the 800 (2:01) at the AMC Outdoor Championships... Finished 10th in the 10,000 meter (31:22) at the NCC Dr. Keeler Meet... Took 10th in the 10,000 meter (32:34) at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in six events for the Cougars... Was part of the distance medley relay team who took 1st (10:22) and claimed 1nd in the mile (4:18) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Finished 6th in the 5000 meter (14:45) at the Pittsburg State Invitational... Placed 2nd in the mile (4:20) at the UCM Mule Relays... Took 1st in the 800 meter (1:59), the 3000 meter (8:51), and the 5000 meter (15:31) at the AMC Indoor Championships... Finished 2nd in the 3000 meter (8:46) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge... 2016 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 12 meets and 18 events for the Cougars on the track… Posted 12 top-10 finishes including seven top-five and two first place finishes… Recorded two third place finishes at the NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge in the 800 (2:02.89) and DMR (10:26.89)… Competed in the AMC Indoor Championships and placed second in the mile (4:29.42), third in the 3,000 (PR 9:13.98), and sixth in the 4x4 relay (3:45.36)… Finished fifth overall at the Dewey Allgood Invite in the 1,500 meter run with a career best of 3:58.37… Won the 1,500 meter event with a time of 4:05.28 and the 800 with a PR of 1:56.59 at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Selected to the Outdoor AMC All-Conference first team and earned AMC All-Academic honors.
2015 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 21 events for the Cougars as a freshman… Won the 4x8 (8:37.22) and placed second in the 800 (2:00.42) at the AMC Conference Indoor Championships... Finished up the indoor season helping the Cougar distance medley team to a first place finish at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge… Followed that up with a first place finish in the 800 (2:02.67) at the Central Methodist Open… Placed second in the 800 (1:58.18) and the 4x8 (7:56.93) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named to the Academic All-AMC Team.
