2017: Competed in five events for the Cougars as a senior… Finished 10th (20:11) in the 2017 SBU Bearcat Invitational… Placed 10^th (25:27) at the Greater Louisville Classic… Took 12th (26:16) at the Seminole Valley Stampede… Finished 2^nd (25:28) at the AMC Championships… Placed 22^nd at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships (25:16)… Earned AMC Runner of the Week Award for the week ending October 1^st… Was named All-AMC… Earned NAIA All-American Honors… Earned Academic All-Conference honors.

2016: Medical Redshirt

2015: Finished 2^nd at the Principia Home Opener with a time of 19:57 to help the Cougars finish 1^st in the competition with a perfect score… Placed 6^th at the Freed Speed Open Meet with a time of 27:04 to help the Cougars finish in first overall at the competition… Finished 42^nd at the Royals XC Challenge with a time of 26:22 to help the Cougars place 8^th overall at the meet… Placed 13^th (25:49) at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede helping the Cougars to a third place team finish… Led the Cougars at the American Midwest Conference championship to a first place team finish by winning the competition with a time of 27:05… Finished 88^th overall at the NAIA National Championship with a time of 26:10… Named AMC Runner of the Year and First Team All-Conference.

2014: Finished with a time of 26:51 at the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 17...Took sixth place individually at the AMC Championship Meet on Nov. 2, clocking in at 27:10...Finished 23^rd overall and led the Cougars to a third place finish with a time of 27:14 at the Southern Stampede on Sept. 20th...Also led Columbia to an eleventh place finish at the NAIA Preview Meet on Oct.. 11^th, finishing 70^th overall in a field of 300 participants at 27:22... Took 18^th individually with a time of 27:13 at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 25^th… Was a First Team All-Conference selection and was named AMC Cross Country Runner of the year.

2013: Ran in every meet for Columbia as a freshman, finishing in the top-25 on five occasions, including a season-best 8K time of 25:44 at the NAIA MidStates meet on Oct. 26 ... Finished fifth at the AMC Championship meet with time of 27:40 in the 8K on Nov. 8; Named First Team All-Conference and the AMC Freshman of the Year ... Also qualified for the NAIA National Meet
