2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Took 136th in the 5000 meter (16:40) at the Washington University of St. Louis Invite... Finished 7th in the 3000 steeplechase (10:56) at the Central Methodist Invite... Placed 4th in the 3000 steeplechase (10:35) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Took 10th in the 3000 steeplechase (10:29) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished 4th in the 3000 steeplechase (10:30) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

and took 7th in both the 1000 meter (2:44) and the mile (4:43) at the Indoor AMC Championship.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in four events for the Cougars... Finished 5th in the mile (4:50) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed 15th in the mile (4:45) at the Mizzou Open... Took 8th in the 3000 meter (9:40) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished 7th in both the 1000 meter (2:44) and the mile (4:43), and was part of the 4x800 medley relay team that took 2nd (8:17) at the AMC Indoor Conference Championship.

2018: Competed in four events for the Cougars as a sophomore… Placed 75th (25:56) in the SBU Bearcat Invitational… Took 41st (28:07) at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Finished 279th (27:58) in the Louisville Cross Country Classic… Took 25th (28:27) at the AMC Championships… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.

2017: Competed in four events for the Cougars as a freshman… Finished 49th (21:37.89) in the 2017 SBU Bearcat Invitational… Placed 42nd (28:04) in the Bradley Intercollegiate… Took 106th (28:20) at the Seminole Valley Stampede… Finished 26th (28:00) at the AMC Championships.
