Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in four meets for the Cougars… Won both the 200m (22.7) and 400m (50.59) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished second in both the 300m (36.22) and 500m (1:07) and was part of the 4x200m relay team that finished fourth (1:34) at the Principia Relays… Set 200m (22.16) and 400m (49.19) personal records at the Indoor Gorilla Classic... Won the 200m (22.51m) and the 400m (51.46) and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the event (3:32) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Was named AMC Track Athlete of the Week the week of February 10... Named AMC Outstanding Track Athlete.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars... Won the high jump with a personal best distance (1.95m) and placed fourth in the 200m (22.26) and was also part of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished third (43.33) at the Central Methodist Open... Won the 200m (22.53), placed 2nd in high jump (1.92m), placed third in javelin (49.56m) and was part of the 4x100m relay team that finished second (43.30) at the Grand View Invitational... Won in the 400m with a personal record setting time (47.79) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Won 200m (22.02), placed second in javelin (46.56m), finished sixth in high jump (1.80m), and was part of the 4x400m relay team who finished 10th (3:46) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite.... Finished second in three events, including the 200m (22.06) and the 400m (49.86), and also placed third in high jump (1.88m) and fifth in javelin (47.72m) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Placed fourth in the 400m (49.21) and fifth in the 200m (22.13) at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier... Took 24th in the 400m (49.78) at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars... Finished third in both the 200m (22.90) and the 400m (51.13) and placed fourth in the 60m (7.26) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Was part of the DMR team who won the event (10:22) and finished fourth in the 60m (7.23) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Won the 200m (22.59) at the UCM Mule Relays... Won the 400m (50.64) and placed second in the 200m (22.75) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Was part of the DMR team who finished 13th (10:36) at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships.

Outdoor 2018: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Placed second in the javelin with a personal best distance (50.80m) and was a member of the 4x100m team that placed second (43.51) at the Central Methodist Invite… Won the 200m (22.00) at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite… Finished fourth in the 100m (11.29), fifth in the javelin (46.50m) and was a member of the 4x100m relay team that won the event (42.41) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Placed sixth in the 100m (11.10) and was a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that placed sixth (42.17) at the North Central College Dr. Keeler Meet.
