Cross Country 2020: Appeared in three meets for the Cougars in the fall... Placed 31st in the 8k (29:23.80) at the Larry Young Invitational... Ran his best 8k time of the season (28:23.50) at the Columbia College Invitational... Placed 15th (29:38.60) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Indoor 2019-20: Did not appear.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in four events as a Cougars… Set a personal record in the 6400m (22:28.80) at the SBU Invite... Placed 24th in the 8k (28:18) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.
 
Outdoor 2019: Did not appear (redshirt).

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in one event for the Cougars... Was part of the distance medley team that finished second (11:20) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in two events for the Cougars… Set a new 8k personal record (26:50.40) at the NAIA Mid-States Classic... Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.
 
2018 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Placed fifth in the 1500m (4:10.50) at the William Jewell Darell Gourley Invite… Placed fifth in the 5000m (16:04.32) and eighth in the 1500m (4:14.88) at the AMC Outdoor Championships... Set personal records in both the 1500m (4:08.57) and the 5000m (15:38.88) at the Dr. Keeler Track & Field Meet.
