Appeared in five meets for the Cougars… Won the 3000m (8:58) and was part of the DMR team that finished fifth (11.21) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed sixth and set a new personal record in the mile (4:33) and was part of the 4x800m relay team that finished second (8:25) at the Principia Relays… Set a 5000m personal record of 15:05.53 at the Indoor Gorilla Classic... Won the 3000m (9:09) and placed third in the 5000m (15:57) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Placed 21st in the 5000m (15:32) at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships...

Freshman | Outdoor 2019:
Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Set a new 1500m personal best (4:24.96) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays... Ran a personal best time of 15:23.17 in the 5000m at the KT Woodman Classic... Won the 10,000m (32:04) and placed fifth in the 5000m (15:49) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...

Freshman | Indoor 2018-19:
Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Was part of the DMR team who placed second (11:00) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed seventh in the mile (4:38) at the UCM Mule Relays... Ran a personal best 3000m time of 8:56.29 at the Pittsburg State Invitational... Was part of the 4x800m relay team who finished second (8:17) and also placed third in the 3000m (9:09) and fourth in the mile (4:34) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Was part of the DMR team who placed 13th (10:36) at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships...
