Cross Country 2020: Appeared in two meets for the Cougars in the fall... Recorded his best 8k time of the season at the Columbia College Invitational with a time of 28:42.70... Placed 12th overall (29:24.50) in the 8k at the AMC Cross Country Championships

*Outdoor 2020: *Season cancelled due to COVID-19... Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in one meet for the Cougars… Was part of the 4x800m relay team that won the event  (8:40) and was part of the DMR team that placed fourth (11:46) at the AMC Indoor Championship.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in three events for the Cougars… Finished 24th and set a personal record (27:43) in the 8k at the Columbia College Invitational… Placed 18^th (27:46) in the 8k at the AMC Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in three events for the Cougars... Finished 10th and set a personal record in the 10000m (35:45.15) while also recording a personal best time in the 5000m (16:51.51) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in four events for the Cougars… Set a personal best in the 7k (26:42.20) at the SBU Invite... Placed 26th (29:35) in the 8k at the Gary Stoner Invitational… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.

Outdoor 2018: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Placed ninth in the 10000m (36:02.10) and was a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fourth (8:37.33) at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite… Set a 1500m personal record (4:26.03) at the UCM Mule Relays... Placed eighth in the 10000m (35:06.0) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Placed seventh and set a personal record in the 800m (2:08.40) at the UCM Mule Relays… Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fourth (8:45.60), a member of the DMR team that placed sixth (11:30.06) and set a personal record in the 1000m (2:55.12) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2017: Competed in four events for the Cougars… Made his collegiate debut in the 6400m (22:53.14) at the SBU Invitational… Ran his best 8k time of the season (28:45) at the AMC Championships.
