Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in five meets for the Cougars... Finished seventh with a personal best time in the 200m (23.17) at the Mizzou Holiday Opener… Placed fourth in the 200m (23.72), was part of the 4x400m relay team that finished third (3:37) and set a 55m personal best (6.82) at the Snow Bird Open… Was part of the 4x200m relay team that placed fourth (1:34) and was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished fifth (3:44) at the Principia Relays… Placed fifth in both the 60m with a personal record-setting time (7.30) and the 200m (23.54) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Was part of the 4x800m relay team that placed fifth (49.08) and finished eighth in both the 100m (11.77) and javelin (47.53m) at the Central Methodist Open... Finished fourth in javelin with a personal best distance (44.26m) and 10th in both the 100m (11.64) and 200m (23.69) at the Grand View Invitational... Ran a 22.98 200m at the Mizzou Spring Open, a personal record... Set a new 100m personal best in the 100m (11.46) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Finished ninth in javelin (43.83m) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Took fourth in both the 60m (7.39) and the 200m (23.39) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Ran a career-best 57.33 in the 400m at the Mizzou Open... Was part of the DMR team that placed 2nd (11:00) and was also fourth in the 200m (24.06), and 10th in the 60m (7.57) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed eighth in the 200m (23.71) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
