2018 Outdoor: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Took 13th in the 200 meter (24.03) and 5th in the 400 meter (51.86) at the Central Methodist Early Bird Open… Placed 34th in the 400 meter (53.02) at the Emporia State Relays… Finished 7th in the 800 meter (2:00.52), was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that took 5th (3:33.81), and was a member of the 4x800 meter team that took 4th (8:37.33) and the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite… Took 5th in the 800 meter (1:58.48), was a member of the 4x400 team that took 5th (3:34.22), and was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that took 3rd (8:21.98) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Named AMC Academic All-Conference.
2017-18 Indoor: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Took 8th in the 400 meter dash (52.72) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished 2nd in the 600 yard run (1:16.51) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Placed 5th in the 60 meter dash (7.63) and 2nd in the 600 meter dash (1:24.35) at the ONU Invitational… Won the 600 meter dash (1:23.84) and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished 5th (3:36.92) at the AMC Indoor Championships.
2016-17: Attended Florida Southern College…Broke the Florida Southern College freshman record in the 200m and 400m.
Prep: Attended Meridian High School (Mo.)…Was a member of the National Honors Society…Was an Illinois State Scholar…Member of honor roll all four years…Had 11 state championship appearances in three sports…Owns the Meridian High School record for the 400m…Finished third in state in the 800m…Played basketball, baseball, golf, football, and ran track.
Personal: From Decatur, Illinois, he is the son of Jeff and Patti…Has one sister named Whitley who played softball at Lincoln Land CC, Queens University, and Millikin University…He is a professional cornhole player…Plans on majoring in Accounting and Business Administration.
