Biography
2016 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 14 meets and 31 events for the Cougars as a freshman… Had 15 top-10 performances… Recorded a PR in the 60m dash with a time of 7.23 and set a new personal best in the long jump with a leap of 6.07m at the Jayhawk Classic… Competed in four events at the Indoor AMC Championships, placing in the top-10 in the 400, 200, and 4x4 while setting a PR in the triple jump (12.60m) and placed 6th overall… Ran a career best in the 200 at the Dewey Allgood Invite with a time of 22.23 and set a PR in the 400 at the Dr. Keeler Invite with a time of 50.64… Competed in the outdoor AMC championships and earned a second place finish in the 400 (50.68), a third place finish in the 200 (22.19), a fourth place finish in the 100 (11.06) and a sixth place finish in the 4x4 (3:40.77)… Named to the AMC All-Academic team.
Prep: 2015 graduate of Hickman High School... State qualifier in track and lettered in football... named an AP Scholar
Personal: born on July 25th... son of Trudy Lewis and Mike Barrett... has one sibling- Jude... plans to major in sports management
