Outdoor 2019: Appeared in three events for the Cougars... Ran his fastest times of the season in the 200m (24.17) and the 400m (53.92) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in three events for the Cougars... Finished seventh in the 600m (1:35) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Placed ninth in the 600m (1:33) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships, setting a new personal best in the event.
Outdoor 2018: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:34.22) and set a personal record in the 400m (53.29) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Placed sixth in the 600m (1:30.38), ninth in the 200m with a personal best time (24.49), and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished second (3:58.06) at the Missouri Holiday Opener… Was a member of the 4x200 relay team that placed seventh (1:39.71) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished 10th in the 600yd (1:21.38) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Placed seventh in the 600m (1:29.46) and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor 2017: Competed in six meets for the Cougars… Set a new personal best in the 100m (12.37) at the John Creer Invitational... Ran a career best 200m time of 23.72 at the Dewey Allgood Invite.
Indoor 2016-17: Competed in five events for the Cougars during the indoor season… Member of the DMR team that finished fifth and also placed eighth in the 4x200 and 10th in the 4x400 at the Principia Relays... Set a new personal record in the 400m (54.98) at the Jim Green Invitational.
