Junior | Indoor 2019-20:
Appeared in six meets for the Cougars... Finished second in the mile (4:39) and third in the 800m (2:03) at the Snow Bird Open… Was part of the 4x800m relay team that placed 10th (1:40) and finished fifth and set a personal record in the mile (4:27) at the Principia Relays… Placed 10^th and set a personal best in the 800m (1:55) at the Gorilla Classic… Won the 800m (1:58), placed third in the mile (4:54), and was part of the 4x400m relay team that won the event (3:32) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Placed 15th in the 800m at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Nationals... Was named AMC Track Athlete of the Week the week of February 17.

Sophomore | Outdoor 2019:
Appeared in seven events for the Cougars... Ran a personal best 5000m time (15:48.72) at the Wash U Invite... Placed second in the 800m (1:56) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Won the 800m (1:55) at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic... Finished sixth and set a personal record in the 1500m (4:05.79) at the UCM Mule Relays... Won the 800m (1:57), was part of the 4x800m relay team that won the event (7:44), was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:27), and finished fourth in the 1500m (4:06) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Set an 800m personal record (1:53.75) at the Dr. Keeler Track & Field meet... Was part of the 4x800m relay team who finished second (7:31) at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

Sophomore | Indoor 2018-19:
Appeared in six events for the Cougars... Was part of the DMR team that finished second (11:00) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Won the 1000m (2:34) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished fourth in the 800m (1:56) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge...  Was part of the 4x800m relay team that finished second (8:17) and placed second and set a personal record in the 1000m (2:32) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Placed 15th in the 1000m (2:32.11) at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships.

Freshman | Outdoor 2018:
Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Placed ninth in the 800m (2:00.62) and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth (3:33.81) at the William Jewell Darell Gourley Invite… Placed eighth in the 800m (2:02.35) and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth (3:34.22) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Freshman | Indoor 2017-18:
Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Finished ninth in the 800m (2:04.82) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished fifth in the 600yd (1:18.01) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Placed fifth in the 800m (2:02.83) and was a member of the DMR team that finished sixth (11:30.06) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
