2018 Outdoor: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars… Took 6^th in the hammer throw (49.56m) at the Central Methodist Early Bird Invite… Placed 12^th in the hammer throw (47.84m) at the Emporia State Relays... Finished 5^th in the discus (40.85m), 7^th in the hammer throw (37.70m), and 18^th in the javelin throw (33.40m) at the Central Methodist Invite… Took 3^rd in the discus (42.88m) and 4^th in the hammer throw (46.58m) at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite… Placed 18^th in the hammer throw (46.80m) at the Kansas Relays… Finished 4^th in the discus (42.01m) and won the hammer throw (47.42m) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Took 10^th in the discus (41.18m) and 9^th in the hammer throw (47.89m) in the North Central College Dr. Keeler Meet.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Took 6^th in the weight throw (13.87m) at the Missouri Holiday Opener… Finished 9^th in the weight throw (13.86m) and 10^th in shotput (12.77m) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed 13^th in the shot put (12.61m) and 18^th in the weight throw (13.55m) in the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Took 11^th in the weight throw (14.13m) and 21^st in the shot put (12.62m) at the ONU Invitational… Finished 6^th in the shot put (12.53m) and 2^nd in the weight throw (15.11m) at the AMC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor 2017: Competed in seven meets for the Cougars in the Spring… Took 9th in discus (36.24m), 4th in hammer (45.07m), and 14th in shotput (10.70m) at the at the CMU Open… Placed 8^th in both the discus (41.66m) and hammer (45.65m) at the John Creer Invite… Finished 16^th in shot put (11.68m), 7^th in discus (41.09m), 4^th in hammer (46.52m), and 17^th in javelin (31.61m) at the CMU Invite… Finished 17th in shot put (11.91m), 10th in discus (42.51m), 5th in hammer (46.40m), and 22nd in javelin (29.98m) at the Darrel Gourley Open… Placed 21^st in discus (39.32m) and 23^rd in hammer (47.97m) at the Kansas Relays… Took 12^th in shot put (12.07m), 6^th in discus (42.97m), and 3^rd in hammer (46.12m) at the Dewey Allgood Invite… Finished 10^th in shotput (11.98m), 5^th in discus (42.31m), 1^st in hammer (48.52m), and 14^th in javelin (29.46m) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Took 17^th in discus (41.25m) and 12^th in hammer (46.34m) at the Dr. Keeler Invite… Was named to the AMC All-Academic Team.

Indoor 2016-17: Competed in five events for the Cougars during the indoor season…Placed 9th in shot put (12.00m) and 5th in the weight throw (13.57m) at the Bob Timmons Classic…Finished 10^th in weight throw (13.12m) and 10^th in shotput (11.74m) at the Missouri Invitational…Took 7^th in weight throw (13.88m) and 12^th in shotput (11.70m) at the Principia Relays….Placed 11^th in weight throw (12.92m) and 12^th in shotput (11.87m) at the Jim Green Invite…Finished 10^th in shotput (11.30m) and 4^th in weight throw (13.70m) at the AMC Championships.

2016 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 13 meets and 25 events as a thrower for the Cougars… Posted nine top-10 finishes… Set PRs at the Indoor AMC Championships in the weight throw event (13.80m) and the shot put (12.24m), placing third and seventh, respectively… Set a career best in the discus event (42.66m) and the javelin throw (36.90m) at the SLU Billiken Invite and placed fourth and twelfth, respectively… Competed in four events at the AMC Outdoor championships, placing second in the discus (41.46) and hammer throw (42.14m) and eighth in the shot put (12.15m)… Named to the AMC All-Academic team.
