2019 Outdoor: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars... Took 2nd in shot put (14.96m) and 5th in hammer throw (43.70m) at the Central Methodist Open... Placed 2nd in hammer throw (50.92m), 4th in shot put (14.44m) and 5th in discus throw (46.13m) at the Grand View Invitational... Finished 3rd in both hammer throw (51.71m) and shot put (15.21m) and 5th in discus throw (45.28m) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Took 2nd in both hammer throw (52.50m) and shot put (14.97m) and 5th in discus throw at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Placed 1st in both shot put (14.78m) and discus throw (49.87m) and 2nd in hammer throw (46.93m) at the Outdoor AMC Championships... Indoor 2016-17: Competed in five events for the Cougars during the indoor season...Placed 7th in shotput (12.18m) and 4th in weight throw (14.43m) at the Bob Timmons Classic…Finished 12th in the weight throw (12.63m) and 7th in the shotput (12.98m) at the Missouri Invitational…Took 14th in the weight throw (11.56m) and 8th in the Shot Put (12.42m) at the Principia Relays…Placed 6th in the weight throw (13.96m) and 5th in shotput (13.43m) at the Jim Green Invite…Finished 3rd in both the shotput (13.68m) and weight throw (14.69m) at the AMC Championships… Recognized as All-AMC in shotput and weight throw.
2016 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 12 meets and in 30 events for the Cougars as a thrower… Posted 10 top-10 finishes… Set a PR in the weight throw at the NAIA vs NCAA Challenge with a mark of 12.97m in the preliminary round and set a personal best in the shot put at the AMC Indoor Championships with a throw of 13.93m, placing third overall… Placed seventh overall in the discus at the Dewey Allgood Invite with a PR of 44.01… Set a PR in the javelin with a throw of 32.95m at the Kip Janvrin Open… Competed in the AMC Outdoor Championships and had three top-10 finishes including a sixth place finish in the hammer throw with a PR of 35.21m… Placed second in the shot put (13.43) and third in the discus (38.26) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Named to the AMC All-Academic team.
