Cross Country 2020: Appeared in two meets for the Cougars in the fall... Ran his fastest 8k time of the season (36:03.80) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in one meet for the Cougars... Finished fourth in the 600m run (1:29) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in four events for the Cougars as a sophomore… Ran his fastest 8k time of the season (35:04) at the Columbia College Invitational.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in three events for the Cougars... Was part of the 4x800m relay team that placed sixth (9:02) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Set an 800m personal record (2:07.80) at the UCM Mule Relays.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in four events for the Cougars... Placed sixth in the 600m (1:31) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Was part of the DMR team that finished second (11:20), part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:49), and finished eighth in the 600m (1:32) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in three events for the Cougars… Ran his fastest 8k time of the season and his career (33:20) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Outdoor 2018: Appeared in one event for the Cougars… Ran in the 200m (24.55) and the 400m (55.15) at the Central Methodist Early Bird Open.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Placed fifth in the 600m (1:28.36), eighth in the 200 (24.10) and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that won the event (3:42.28) at the Missouri Holiday Opener… Was a member of the 4x200 relay team that took fourth (1:35.73) at the Snow Bird Open… Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:36.92) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2017: Did not appear (redshirt).
