Cross Country 2020:  Appeared in three meets for the Cougars... Recorded his best 8k time of the season at the Columbia College Invitational with a mark of 29:51.20.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in three meets for the Cougars… Was part of the DMR team that finished fifth (11:21) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished fifth in the 3000m (10:05) at the Principia Relays… Placed seventh with a personal best in the 800m (2:18), set a personal record in the 3000m (10:02.41) and was part of the DMR team that finished fourth (11:46) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in five events for the Cougars… Set a personal record in the 6400m (24:59.10) at the SBU Invite.. Ran a personal best 8k time of 29:00.40 at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Finished sixth in the 800m (2:24) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Ran a personal best 400m time (57.01) at the Grand View Invitational... Set an 800m personal record (2:15.36) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Set a personal best time in the 200m (25.89) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in five events for the Cougars...Was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed second (3:54) and finished sixth in the 400m (1:01) and eighth in the 600m (1:36) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Finished fourth in the 400m (1:00) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Finished ninth with a personal best time in the 600m (1:36) and set a 200m personal record (27.10) at the Mizzou Open... Ran a personal best 400m time of 58.68 at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the distance medley relay team that finished second (11:20) and part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:49) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Prep: 2018 graduate from Greenville High School... played Football, Ice Hockey, Track and Field, and Cross Country... Named Most Improved Track Runner and Highest Point Earner... Received the Dale Jurgena Scholarship...played club hockey for Highland Hockey Club.

Personal: Born on November 1st... Son of Brian and Crystal...Siblings are Cainan and Kinley...Majoring in Forensic Science.
