2018 Outdoor: Redshirt… Named AMC Academic All-Conference… Earned Google Cloud Academic All-America® honors.
2017-18 Indoor: Redshirt
Outdoor 2017: Competed in seven meets for the Cougars in the Spring… Hit the NAIA B standard at the Washington University Invite in the 5,000 meter (14:53)… Placed 4th in the 1500 meter (4:06.87) at the Darrel Gourley Open… Was a member of the 4x800 team (7:45.65) that hit the NAIA B standard at the Kansas Relays… Hit the NAIA B standard in the 800 meter (1:52.76) at the Dewey Allgood Invite… Took 3rd in the 800 meter (1:57.19), 1500meter (3:59.72), and 5000 meter (15:22.82) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Finished 12th in the 5000 meter (14:46.21) at the Dr. Keeler Invite… Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that placed 4th at the NAIA Outdoor Championships (7:34.16) and placed 21st in the 5000 meter (16:01.15) at the same meet… Earned NAIA All-American status in the 4x800 meter relay… Was named to the AMC All-Academic Team… Named Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (4/3/17)… Named 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete… Was a 2016-17 CoSIDA Academic All-District® honoree.
Indoor 2016-17: Competed in five events for the Cougars during the indoor season...Finished in 3rd and hit the NAIA B Standard in the mile (4:20) at the Missouri Invitational… Was a member of the 4x800 relay team (7:51) and DMR relay team (10:13) that hit the NAIA A standard in the Principia Relays…Took 5th in the 800m (1:59) at the Jim Green Invite…Placed 3rd in the 3000m (8:59.73) and 2nd in the 5000m (15:59.32) at the AMC Championships…Member of the DMR team finished in 3rd place (10:04) at the NAIA Indoor Championships…Recognized as NAIA All-American…Recognized as All-AMC in 3000m, 5000m, and 800m…Was named AMC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week on 1/29/17.
2016 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 12 meets and 18 events for the Cougars on the track… Posted 12 top-10 finishes including seven top-five and two first place finishes… Recorded two third place finishes at the NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge in the 800 (2:02.89) and DMR (10:26.89)… Competed in the AMC Indoor Championships and placed second in the mile (4:29.42), third in the 3,000 (PR 9:13.98), and sixth in the 4x4 relay (3:45.36)… Finished fifth overall at the Dewey Allgood Invite in the 1,500 meter run with a career best of 3:58.37… Won the 1,500 meter event with a time of 4:05.28 and the 800 with a PR of 1:56.59 at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Selected to the Outdoor AMC All-Conference first team and earned AMC All-Academic honors.
2015 Indoor/Outdoor Track: Competed in 21 events for the Cougars as a freshman… Won the 4x8 (8:37.22) and placed second in the 800 (2:00.42) at the AMC Conference Indoor Championships... Finished up the indoor season helping the Cougar distance medley team to a first place finish at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge… Followed that up with a first place finish in the 800 (2:02.67) at the Central Methodist Open… Placed second in the 800 (1:58.18) and the 4x8 (7:56.93) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named to the Academic All-AMC Team.
