Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in five meets for the Cougars... Won the 800m run (2:01) and the mile (4:37) at the Snow Bird Open… Was part of the 4x800m relay team that placed second (8:25) and finished seventh in the mile (4:35) at the Principia Relays… Ran an 800m personal best time (1:57.91) at the Indoor Gorilla Classic... Won both the mile (4:53) and the 1000m run with a personal record in the event (2:41) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Placed third in the 800m run with a time of 1:58 at the Missouri Collegiate... Named AMC Track Athlete of the Week the week of January 27.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in three events for the Cougars… Placed 17^th (27:37) in the 8k at the AMC Cross Country Championships… Ran a 28:11 8k at the NAIA National Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Appeared in seven events for the Cougars.. Finished fourth in the 1500m (4:00) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Placed ninth in the 800m (1:56)at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the 4x800m that won the event (7:44), was part of the 4x400m relay team who placed third (3:27) and also finished fifth in the 1500m (4:17) and 10th in the 800m (2:06) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Was part of the 4x800m relay team who placed second at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor 2018-19:  Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Won the 800m (2:02) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Finished second in the 800m (2:02) and third in the mile (4:31) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Was part of the DMR team who finished 13th (10:36) at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in six events for the Cougars… Finished 29th (27:30) at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Ran a personal best 8k time of 26:38.80 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic... Took 11^th (27:42) at the AMC Cross Country Championships… Ran a 26:40 in the 8k at the NAIA Cross Country Championships… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.

Outdoor 2018: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Set a 5000m personal record of 15:52.25 at the Wash U Invite... Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase (10:05.92) at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Invite…Finished third in the 3000m steeplechase (10:10.36) and fourth in the 1500m (4:05.59) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Placed third in the 800m (2:01.32) and was a member of the DMR team that won the event (10:50.49) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed fourth in the mile and set a personal best in the event (4:24.13) at the ONU Invitational… Finished second in the mile (4:29.44) and fourth in the 800m (2:02.76) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Was a member of the DMR team that placed seventh (10:19.60) at the NAIA Indoor Track  & Field National Championships… Was named an NAIA Indoor Track and Field All-American in the DMR.

Cross Country 2017: Competed in four events for the Cougars… Ran his fastest 8k time of the season (29:27) at the Seminole Valley Stampede… Earned Academic All-Conference Honors.

Outdoor 2017: Competed in eight meets for the Cougars… Placed ninth in the 1500 meter (4:07.02) at the John Creer Invite… Won the 3000m steeplechase (10:07.72) at the CMU Invite… Won the 3000m steeplechase (9:56.17) at the Darrel Gourley Open… Was a member of the 4x800m team (7:45.65) that hit the NAIA B standard at the Kansas Relays… Placed second in the 1500m (4:00.52) at the Dewey Allgood Invite… Finished second and set a personal record in the 3000 meter steeplechase and fifth in the 1500m (4:09.10) (9:53.20) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed fourth at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships (7:34.16)… Named an NAIA All-American in the 4x800 meter relay.

Indoor 2016-17: Competed in five events for the Cougars during the indoor season... Finished in 10th in the 800m (2:00) at the Missouri Invitational…Was a member of the team that placed third in DMR (10:34) and a member of the 4x800m that hit the NAIA “A” standard (7:51) at the Principia Relays…Placed fourth in the mile (4:30) at the Jim Green Invite…Finished fourth in the mile (4:29.08) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Member of the DMR team finished third (10:04) at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships… Recognized as All-AMC in 800m and DMR... Recognized as an NAIA All-American.

Cross Country 2016: Competed in all six races for the Cougars... Finished seventh in the 8k (26:37) at the AMC Cross Country Championships... Ran an 8k time of 28:01 at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
