Biography
2015: Led the Cougars finishing in third place with a time of 16:42 at the Principia Home Opener… Placed 17th at the Freed Speed Open Meet with a time of 20:40… Finished 69th with a time of 20:05.8 at the Royals XC Challenge... Finished 51st (20:16) at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede, second for the Cougars... Finished 18th with a time of 21:44 at the American Midwest Conference meet to help the Cougars to a second place finish… Named NAIA Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference, and received the Virginia and Stanley Williams Senior Athlete Award for finishing her undergrad degree with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
2014: Finished with a time of 16:33 at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird on Aug. 31 … placed 46th at the Southern Stampede in a field of 198 in the 5k with a time of 19:56.33 … Clocked in at 6:34.7 in the 5K at the NAIA Preview Meet on Oct. 11 … Finished 12th with a time of 20:56 at the AMC Championship Meet … Crossed in a time of 21:05 for 277th place at the NAIA National Championships … Academic All-AMC selection and NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
2013: Finished with a time of 16:36 at the Washington University Early Bird on Aug. 31 ... Had a season-best time of 15:37 in the 4K at the Central Missouri Mule on Sept. 14, finishing 18th ... Placed 15th (18:54) in the 5K at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sept. 21
2012: Finished 306th at the NAIA National Championship meet on Nov. 17 as the lone representative for the Cougar women's team...Earned First Team All-AMC honors after finishing eighth individually with a time of 20:08.40 at the AMC Championship meet on Nov. 2nd...Took 16th at the Central Missouri Mule Run on Sept. 7 with a time of 15:55.10...Qualified for 44th at the Southern Stampede in Joplin with a time of 19:43.44...Finished with a time of 20:06.09 at the Greater Louisville Classic on Sept. 29...Also competed in the Central Methodist Classic on Oct. 6th, finishing 28th overall with a time of 20:00.94...Led the Cougars to a third place finish at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 20, finishing fifth individually with a team-best time of 19:32.80
