2014: finished first overall with a time of 14:27 in the 4k race at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird on Aug. 31… finished first place at the Southern Stampede in the 5k with a time of 17:34.22 … Placed 2^nd (5:50.7) in the 5K at the NAIA Preview Meet on Oct. 11 … Finished first at the AMC championship meet … First Team All-Conference and Runner of the Year recipient …  Top finisher for the Cougars placing 5^th overall in a 336 runner-field with a time of 17:48 at the NAIA National Championship  to take NAIA All-American honors … Three-time AMC Runner of the Week award winner … Academic All-AMC selection and NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2013: Finished 30th with a time of 18:29 in the 5K at the NAIA National Meet, becoming Columbia's first ever All-American ... Finished in the top five in four other competitions, including a first-place finish (18:01) at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sept. 21 ... Also finished second at the AMC Championship Meet, the Washington University Early Bird, and the Central Missouri Mule Run ... First Team All-Conference recipient, three-time AMC Runner of the Week award winner (Sept. 3, 17, 24), and NAIA National Runner of the Week (Sept. 25) ... Named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete

2012: Season was limited due to injury, but still competed in two events...Qualified for fifth individually at the Central Methodist Classic on Oct. 6, clocking in at 18:52.91...Finished third overall at the St. Louis Fall Classic on Oct. 20 with a time of 19:03.40

2011: Attended Stephens College in Columbia...holds the school 5K record...member of the Honors Society

Prep: Attended Lee's Summit High School...Qualified for the state cross country and track championships; was team captain of the cross country team junior and senior year; team qualified for sectionals in her senior year...member of the National Honors Society

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Denise Martin & Matt and Jackie Koch...plans to major in Special Education Psychology
