Cross Country 2020: Appeared in two meets for the Cougars in the fall... Placed 12th overall in the 5k (20:29.80) at the Larry Young Invitational... Finished fourth overall in the 5k (19:35.02) with her fastest time of the season at the Columbia College Invitational.

*Outdoor 2020: *Season cancelled due to COVID-19. Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in four meets for the Cougars... Took fifth in the 3000m with a time of 10:51.93 at the Missouri Collegiate... Was part of the DMR team that won the event with a time of 13:29 and took second in the 3000m (11:06) at the Snow Bird Open... Finished fifth in the mile with a time of 5:27 at the Principia College Relays... Placed second in both the 1000m (3:18) and the 5000m (19:29) as well as fourth in the 3000m (11:10) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in all six events for the Cougars… Won the inaugural Columbia College Invitational with a 5k time of 18:34… Took 19^th (18:54) at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge… Won the AMC Cross Country Championship with a 5k time of 18:56… Finished 40^th (18:50) at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships… Earned Runner of the Week three times… Won AMC Runner of the Year…  Named AMC All-Conference.

Outdoor 2019: Competed in seven events for the Cougars... Ran an 18:39 5k at the Washington University of St. Louis Invite... Placed ninth and set a personal best in the 1500m (4:52) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Placed fifth in the 10,000m (45:24) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished second in the 5000m (18:19), took fourth in the 1500m (5:06), and placed 10th in the 800m (2:39) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Placed 10th in the 10,000m with a career best time of 37:46 at the Dr. Keeler Meet... Took 14th in the 10,000m (39:18) at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in five events for the Cougars... Won the 3000m (10:31) at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge... Finished seventh in the mile (5:35) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Took second in the 3000m (11:00) at the UCM Mule Relays... Won the 1000m (3:17), took second in the 5000m (19:03), and finished fourth in the 3000m (10:56) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Took eighth in the 3000m (10:30) at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in six events for the Cougars… Placed sixth (19:06) in the 5k at the SBU Bearcat Invitational… Placed fourth (18:14) in the three mile at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Finished 12th (18:23) in the 5k at the Louisville Cross Country Classic… Placed third (17:54) in the 5k at the NAIA Mid-States Classic… Won the AMC Cross Country Championship with a 5k time of 18:51… Finished 59^th (18:26) in the 5k at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships… Named AMC Women’s Cross Country Freshman of the Year… Named AMC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Year… Named AMC Newcomer of the Year... Named AMC All-Conference… Named AMC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week twice.
