Cross Country 2020: Placed seventh overall in the 5k (19:57.40) at the Larry Young Invitational... placed fourth overall in the 5k (20:34.42) at the Border War Invite... Won the 5k at the Columbia College Invitational with a personal best time of 19:24.41.

*Outdoor 2020: *Season cancelled due to COVID-19. Named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in two meets for the Cougars... Finished sixth in the 3000m with a personal record of 11:30.88 and was part of DMR team that placed seventh (14:20) at the Snow Bird Open... Placed fifth and set a personal best in the 5000m of 20:05.46 and eighth in the 3000m (11:36) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in all six events for the Cougars as a freshman… Ran a  20:06.03 5k time in her collegiate debut at the Southwest Baptist University Invitational… Ran a personal best 19:15 three mile time at the Bradley University Invitational… Finished 18^th (20:08) at the Columbia College Invitational… Finished 12^th and set a personal record of 19:38.20 in the 5k at the AMC Championships… Ran a 20:16 5k at the NAIA National Championships.
