Cross Country 2020: Appeared in all four meets for the Cougars in the fall... Earned AMC All-Conference honors... Placed fourth overall in the 5k (19:44.70) at the Larry Young Invitational... Placed second overall in the 5k (20:02.01) at the Border War Invite... Placed third overall in the 5k (19:33.11) with her fastest time of the season at the Columbia College Invitational... Finished third overall in the 5k (19:35.20) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Indoor 2019-20: Appeared in five meets for the Cougars... Was part of the DMR team that won the event (13:29) and placed ninth in the 800m run (2:37) at the Snow Bird Open... Won the 3000m (11:14) and placed fourth in the mile (5:26) at the Principia Relays... Placed second in the 3000m (10:41) at the Missouri Collegiate... Finished second in both the mile (5:23) and the 3000m (10:57) and was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed third (4:18) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Was named AMC Player of the Week the week of February 17.
Cross Country 2019: Competed in all six events for the Cougars… Set a new personal best in the three mile (19:24) at the Bradley University Invitational… Placed 11th (19:27) in the 5k at the Columbia College Invitational… Finished sixth (19:10) at the AMC Cross Country Championships, setting a new 5k personal record… Ran a 20:01 5k at the NAIA National Championships… Named to the All-Conference Team.
Outdoor 2019: Appeared in five events for the Cougars...Set a 5000m personal best of 20:27.01 at the Washington University St. Louis Invite... Ran a personal record time of 5:19.35 in the 1500m at the Mizzou Spring Open... Was part of the 4x400m relay team who finished seventh (4:37) and placed ninth in the 1500m (5:20) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in four events for the Cougars... Was part of the 4x800m relay team that placed second (10:55) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Was part of the 4x400m relay team that finished fifth (4:41) and placed seventh in the 800m (2:34) which set a personal record at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the 4x800m team that won the event (10:32) and placed eighth in both the 600m (1:54) and 800m (2:48) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Cross Country 2018: Competed in six events for the Cougars… Ran her fastest 5k time of the season (19:52) at the NAIA Mid-States Classic… Placed ninth in the 5k (20:13) at the AMC Cross Country Championships… Ran a 5k time of 19:44 at the NAIA Cross Country Championships… Named All-AMC… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.
