2019-20 Indoor: Appeared in two meets for the Cougars... Was part of the DMR team that took 7th with a time of 14:20 at the Snow Bird Open... Was part of the 4X800 meter relay team that took 4th (10:54) and was part of the DMR team that also took 4th (14:32) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

Cross Country 2019: Competed in all six events for the Cougars as a senior… Placed 25^th (19:53) at the Southwest Baptist University Invitational… Finished 79^th (20:29) at the Bradley University Invitational… Took 6^th (19:04) at the Inaugural Columbia College Invitational… Placed 69^th (19:42) at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge… Finished 5^th (19:10) at the AMC Championships… Took 161^st (19:51) at the NAIA National Championships…Placed top ten in one meets… Named to the Champions of Character Team… Named to the All-Conference Team.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Placed 73rd in the 5000 meter at the Washinton University of St. Louis Invite... Finished 24th in the 1500 meter (5:12) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Took 31st in the 5000 meter (19:29 at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic... Placed 7th in the 10,000 meter (45:24) and 16th in the 1500 meter (5:16) at the UCM Mule Relays... Finished 4th in the 10,000 meter (41:12), 5th in the 5000 meter (19:26), and 22nd in the 1500 meter (5:55) at the Outdoor AMC Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in three events for the Cougars... Finished 15th in the 5000 meter run (19:30) at the Pittsburg State Invitational... Took 6th in the 3000 meter run (11:38) at the UCM Mule Relays... Placed 5th in both the 3000 meter (11:25) and 5000 meter (19:50) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in four events for the Cougars as a junior… Placed 48th (22:01) in the SBU Bearcat Invitational… Took 41st (20:55) at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Took 12th (20:24) at the AMC Championships… Finished 246^th (19:51) at the NAIA Cross Country Championships.

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars… Took 124th in the 5k (20:52.44) at the WashU Invite… Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that took 7th(11:33.40) at the WJC Darrel Gourley Invite… Placed 10th in the 1500 meter (5:10.21) at the UCM Mule Relays… Finished 3rd in the 1500 meter (5:15.29) and 2nd in the 10k (40:37.0) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Placed 19th in the 10k (40:46.86) at the NCC Dr. Keeler Meet… Named to AMC All-Academic Team.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in three events for the Cougars… Took 11th in the mile (6:00.12) at the Snow Bird Open… Finished 6th in the 3000 (12:14.08) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Placed 5th in the 100 (3:23.98), 12th in the 3000 (13:11.24), and 5th in the 5000 (20:04.04) at the AMC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country 2017: Appeared in six events for the Cougars as a sophomore… Finished 35th (20:16) in the 2017 SBU Bearcat Invitational… Placed 88th (21:02) in the Bradley Intercollegiate… Took 39th (20:13) at the Greater Louisville Classic… Finished 151st at the Seminole Valley Stampede (21:40)… Placed 13th at the AMC Championships (20:15)… Took 253rd at the NAIA Cross Country Nationals (20:20)… Named to the AMC Academic All-Conference Team.

Outdoor 2017: Competed in five meets for the Cougars in the spring… Paced 44th in the 5000 (20:02.97) at the WashU Invite… Took 10th in the 800 meter (2:37.07) and 14th in the 1500 meter (5:22.98) at the CMU Invite… Finished 2nd in the 5000 meter (20:23.38) at the Darrel Gourley Open… Placed 15th in the 800 meter (2:35.86) and 5th in the 1500 meter (5:08.11) at the Dewey Allgood Invite… Took 1st place in the 5000 meter (19:43.50) and 1st in the 10000 meter (42:49.51) at the AMC Championships… Earned AMC All-Academic recognition.

2016-17 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Cougars during the indoor track and field season… Was a member of the DMR team that took first place (12:59) at the Principia Relays while also finished 14th in the 3000 meter (11:47)…Finished 4th in the mile (5:35) and 10th in the 800 meter (2:36) at the Jim Green Invite…Placed 2nd in the 5000 meter (20:59.74), 3rd in the mile (5:45.67), and 4th in the 3000 meter (11:46.99) at the AMC Championships…Was named All-AMC in the mile and the 5000 meter.

Cross Country 2016: Competed in six races for the Cougars this season...Was named AMC Freshman and Runner of the Year...Finished 4th (16:36) in the Principia Home Opener...Placed 29th (22:15) in the Maryville Six Flags Open...Took 134th (20:09) in the 2016 Chile Pepper Invite...Finished 30th (19:28) in the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede...Finished 1st (19:41) in the AMC Championship Race...Placed 225th (19:44) in the NAIA National Championship Race.

Prep: 2016 graduate from Iron County C-4 High School…Was named the Athlete of the Year in 2014…ran track, cross country, and played basketball.

Personal: Born on April 3rd...she is the daughter of Randy and Lorie…She has four siblings: Noah, Damien, Nathan, and Drew...Majoring in Accounting/Finance with a minor in Spanish.
