Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in six events for the Cougars... Finished third in the 60m hurdles with a career-best time of 9.20 at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Won the 60m hurdles (9.25) and took fifth in long jump (5.01m) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Won the 60m hurdles (9.29) and and set personal bests in both the 60m dash (8.53) and 200m (28.16) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Prep: 2018 graduate from Rosemount High School...was a member of the Track and Field and Volleyball teams... Won the Athena Female Athlete Award, Was named a St. Paul Downtown Lions Club Female Athlete of the Year Finalist...Track and Field awards: six letters, four All-Conference awards, All-Conference Honorable Mention, three time All-State, 2017 MSHSL 100m Hurdles State Champion, 2017 MSHSL Long Jump State Runner Up, Holds the school record in 100m hurdles, sprint medley relay, 4x100m relay, Section 3AA Champion in 100m hurdles, long jump, and 4x100m relay, South Suburban Conference Champion 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and 4x100m relay, Top 10 Rosemount High School All-Time in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, long jump, 4x100m relay, and 4x200m relay, Commendation from the Rosemount City Council and District 196 Council, Senior Co-Captain, Team MVP...Volleyball awards: four letters, All-Conference Honorable Mention, All-State, Senior Co-Captain...Academic awards: Outstanding Academic Athlete Award, Academic All-State, Scholar Athlete, Student of the Month, Presidential Education Award, Top 10% of graduating class, National Honor Society

Fun Facts: Favorite all-time sports moment is winning the Minnesota State Championship in the 100m hurdles junior year...Dad wrestled at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
