2019-20 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Cougars... Finished 5th in the 400 meter run (1:07) and was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that also took 5th (4:31), and took 18th in the 200 meter (29.90) at the Snow Bird Open... Placed 10th in the 500 meter (1:31) and 16th in the 300 meter (46.65) at the Principia College Relays... Took 7th in the 400 meter with a time of 1:06 at the Indoor AMC Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Placed 8^th in the 400 meter (1:06) and 17^th in the 200 meter (29.78) at the Central Methodist Open... Took 7^th in both the 100 meter (14.46) and the 400 meter (1:08) and 10^th in the 200 meter (29.42) at the Grand View Invitational... Finished 9^th in the 400 meter (1:06) and 39^th in the 200 meter (29.20) at the Mizzou Spring Open... Took 24^th in the 800 meter (2:43) and 33^rd at the 100 meter (14.19) at the William Jewell Darryl Gourley Invite... Placed 7^th in the 400 meter (1:06), 16^th in the 800 meter (2:48), and 19^th in the 200 meter (29.06) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

Indoor 2018-19: Appeared in five events for the Cougars... Finished 3^rd in the 600 meter (1:59) and 6^th in the 400 meter (1:09) at the Missouri Holiday Opener... Placed 5^th in both the 400 meter (1:07) and the 600 meter (1:54) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Placed 11^th in the 400 meter (1:07), 21^st in the 200 meter (29.27), and 23^rd in the 60 meter (8.99) at the Mizzou Open... Was part of the 4x400 meter relay team who took 5^th (4:41), 16^th in the 800 meter (2:46), and 22^nd in the 200 meter (30.37) at the UCM Mule Relays... Was part of the distance medley relay team who took 5^th (14:25) and finished 10^th in the 400 meter (1:09) at the Indoor AMC Championships.

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Took 17th in the 100 meter (14.05), 11th in the 200 meter (28.27), and 4th in the long jump (4.87m) at the CMU Early Bird Open… Was a member of the 4x100 relay team that took 14th (55.20) and the 4x200 relay team that took 6th (2:01.63) at the Emporia State Relays… Finished 27th in the javelin throw (12.45m) and was a member of the 4x100 relay team that took 4th (55.05) at the WJC Darrel Gourley Invite… Placed 10th in the long jump (4.54m) and was a member of the 4x100 relay team that took 6th (54.74) at the AMC Outdoor Championships… Named to AMC All-Academic Team.
